Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Bridg websites, profile pages, the editor, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are a template tailored for a creator link-bridge product and common platform expectations (including Meta and Google content/user safety norms). They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction.
1. The Service
Bridg provides tools for creators to publish a public profile page that displays identity information, social links, and a primary (“featured”) destination link. Bridg may show helpers such as in-app browser guidance and age confirmation before a visitor leaves for a third-party site. Bridg is a bridge—not the destination service itself.
2. Eligibility
- You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- If you use the Service as a creator, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
- The Service is not directed to children under 13. Creators must not knowingly target or collect data from children in violation of applicable law (including COPPA).
3. Accounts and editor access
Creator editing is protected by a password or similar credential. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for all activity under your access. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe there is a security risk or Terms violation.
4. Creator content and licenses
“Creator Content” means text, images, links, branding, and other material you upload or configure. You retain ownership of Creator Content, subject to the licenses below and third-party rights.
You grant Bridg a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Creator Content solely to operate and promote the Service (including CDNs and caches). This license ends when Creator Content is removed from our systems, subject to residual backups and legal holds.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have all rights needed to publish Creator Content and links
- Creator Content does not infringe IP, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- Your content and destinations comply with applicable law and these Terms
- If you promote adult or mature destinations, you only target adults and use available age controls honestly
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Distribute illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)—zero tolerance; we will remove and report as required
- Harass, threaten, defame, or exploit others
- Phish, scam, malware, or social-engineering attacks
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other IP
- Misrepresent identity, affiliation, or verification status in a deceptive way
- Circumvent security, scrape at abusive scale, reverse engineer except as allowed by law
- Interfere with the Service, other users, or our infrastructure (DDoS, spam, credential stuffing)
- Use Bridg to violate third-party platform terms (including Meta, Google, TikTok, X, etc.) in a way that creates risk for Bridg or other users
6. Third-party links and platforms
Featured and social links send visitors to third-party websites and apps. Bridg does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, products, payments, age checks, or privacy practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them. Review their terms and policies.
Brand names and logos (including Meta, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and others) belong to their owners and are used only for identification of linked destinations. Bridg is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies unless expressly stated.
7. Mature content and age gates
Creators may enable an 18+ confirmation before a featured destination opens. Age gates on Bridg are convenience features, not legal identity verification. Creators remain solely responsible for complying with laws and platform rules for adult content advertising and distribution. Visitors who confirm they are adults do so under their own responsibility.
8. Intellectual property of Bridg
The Service software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Bridg or its licensors. Except for Creator Content and limited rights to use the Service, no license is granted to Bridg IP. Do not copy, frame, or brand-scrape the Service without permission.
9. Copyright complaints (DMCA-style)
If you believe content on Bridg infringes your copyright, send a notice tolegal@bridg.to with: (a) your contact information; (b) description of the work; (c) URL of the allegedly infringing material; (d) a statement of good-faith belief; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that processing.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT LINKS OR CREATOR CONTENT ARE ACCURATE, LAWFUL, OR SAFE.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIDG AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THIRD-PARTY DESTINATIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50, IF YOU PAID NOTHING.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
13. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bridg and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: your Creator Content; your links and destinations; your violation of these Terms or law; or your infringement of third-party rights.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or disable profiles if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, create legal or security risk, or harm other users or platforms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request removal of profile content subject to residual backups and legal requirements.
15. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service and these Terms. We will update the effective date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise. Courts in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court. If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK, you may also have rights to bring claims in your home courts.
17. Export and sanctions
You may not use the Service if you are prohibited under applicable export control or sanctions laws.
18. Miscellaneous
- These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Service.
- If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
- Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or successor.
- Headings are for convenience only.
